Shipping & Returns Policy

At this time, Christine’s Cabinet LLC is only offering shipping within the United States. Physical products cannot be purchased for delivery outside the U.S. We hope to expand international shipping in the future. Digital products, such as downloadable PDFs, remain available worldwide.

Christine’s Cabinet LLC values the safe delivery of all orders, whether digital or physical, and strives to make the process smooth and transparent. This policy covers all finished artwork, embroidery hoops, stabilizers, PDFs, and commissions.

Physical Products: Shipping

  • All physical products are carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival.

  • Domestic shipping is included with your purchase at no extra charge.

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days for in-stock items. Custom or commissioned items may require additional processing time, as indicated in the product description.

  • Christine’s Cabinet LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Domestic & International Shipping

  • Domestic (U.S.) shipments are sent via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • At this time, Christine’s Cabinet LLC is only offering shipping within the United States. Physical products cannot be purchased for delivery outside the U.S. We hope to expand international shipping in the future. Digital products, such as downloadable PDFs, remain available worldwide.

  • Delivery times vary by location; standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, and international shipping varies by country.

Digital Products

  • All digital products (PDFs, downloadable patterns, and other online materials) are delivered upon purchase.

  • Access instructions are included in your order confirmation.

  • Digital products are non-refundable due to the nature of the content.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Finished physical artwork and embroidery hoops may be returned within 10 business days of delivery, provided the item is in original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

  • Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing may take 5–10 business days.

  • Custom commissions and made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Duplicate purchases of digital products, including purchasing a PDF separately when it is already included in a bundle, are non-refundable.

Damaged or Lost Items

  • If a package arrives damaged, please contact Christine’s Cabinet LLC within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.

  • Claims for lost packages will be investigated using the provided tracking number. Replacement or refund will be provided at the discretion of Christine’s Cabinet LLC.

Cancellations

  • Orders for physical items may be canceled before shipment. Once the item has shipped, the standard return policy applies.

  • Custom or commissioned items may not be canceled once production has begun.

Workshop Materials & Pre-Order Items

  • Items purchased as part of a workshop kit, prep materials, or pre-order items follow the same shipping and return guidelines.

  • These are non-refundable if opened or partially used.

Policy Updates

Christine’s Cabinet LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping & Returns policy at any time without prior notice. The version posted at the time of purchase applies.
